1. By purchasing this service, I declare that I participate in the training voluntarily and at my own risk.

2. I declare that I feel to be in an adequate and sufficient state of health to participate in the training. I have been advised to consult a doctor and clarify any potential health risks before commencing the training.

3. I may participate in the training only after payment for the selected service has been made.

4. The services I have purchased are valid for 4 months. In the event of cancellation due to health reasons, the validity period may be extended on an individual basis in consultation with management.

5. Claims for damages in cases of slight negligence are excluded.

6. Fees already paid will not be refunded if I do not participate in the training, unless the appointment is cancelled in writing by email or telephone at least 24 hours in advance.

7. I agree that the data I provide may be collected and stored electronically. This data will be used exclusively for organizational purposes.
